My name is Johnny. I am the founder of Slashtap. This is my story.
I grew up with several chronic disorders resulting from physical, sexual, and religious trauma. For over a decade, I suffered from ADHD, a speech impediment, and a damaged kinetic chain in my feet and spine, which meant I couldn’t focus, speak, or walk correctly. I also had a severe porn addiction that destroyed my relationships. I spent years suffering silently in debilitating pain.
I graduated from Rice University with a degree in Biosciences and Psychology. I began my career in teaching, then attended UTHSCSA’s allopathic medical program to pursue an M.D. While there, I tried to get my mental health treated and was put on medication that worsened my health and made me suicidal. The medical industrial complex failed me.
After a few years in tech, I acquired my M.B.A. from UT Austin, and then worked in management consulting and manufacturing operations. Because I was in so much pain, I spent my free time learning the deepest and most advanced neurotech therapies. In doing so, I healed all of the chronic disorders that plagued me since childhood.
I was so inspired by my results that I decided to retire from business and return to my roots as a scientist. I formed a syndicate of world-class healers and therapists with a proven track record for solving the problems that baffle traditional doctors. Together, we are bringing healing to the world.
Today, I live a semi-retired life, free of pain and disease. I enjoy spending time with my dogs, writing, professional gaming, movies, and travel.
